Howdy, we’re Johnny and Nicki, a married couple that takes amazing, heartfelt, and emotional photos of authentic moments.

At Tico & Red, our goal is to create work that is exciting, beautiful, and honest. Whether it’s capturing the heartfelt moments of your wedding day, or concocting some dramatic, Vogue-style portraits that make your family and guests “ooh” and “ahh,” we’re here for you. And we love what we do! We’re passionate about our craft and have been perfecting our skills in photography for over 10 years.

When we’re not taking photos, you might find us hunting for deals at antique markets, planning our next trip, watching movies, eating Indian food, or playing with our adorable child Nina Cate.

We understand the many choices ahead of you and we’re here to make the process easier. After having shot over 250 weddings, we have the experience to help plan out a day that is stress-free and fun. On the day of your wedding we’ll take a mix of documentary images and va-va-voom portraiture so that the people, emotions, and events of the day will be remembered always. While we primarily work in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, we love to travel and are available for weddings worldwide.
