We met Samantha and Chris at a bridal show and we had an instant connection. It’s always a great sign when the groom-to-be is very involved with the planning of the wedding! When they told us of their plans we were excited with all the great photo possibilities, and on their day we rocked it. They started with getting ready at the always fabulous Renaissance Hotel in downtown Cincinnati. We love shooting in their rooms as the decor is beautiful, and there is a lot of beautiful window light throughout. There was a torrential downpour as we headed over to Xavier’s Bellarmine Chapel for the first look and ceremony. Luckily it cleared up as the ceremony was over, and we headed into Kentucky for the reception at New Riff Distillery, one of our favorite wedding venues in Kentucky. We thank the distillery for allowing us to explore the space and get lots of really great portraits of the bride and groom!
